Thanks for July.  I have no comments as the document speaks for itself as a historical statement in a critical labour dispute.

My only thought is that in your introduction, you might have encouraged readers to read "An Unauthorized History of the RCMP, by Lorne Brown, a left historian at the Univ. of Saskatchewan.  Brown documents the real purpose of the creation of the RCMP and its role in serving class rule.
